Sports
Special Olympics
We assist Special Olympic teams (sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities) by volunteering at practices and games, supporting the program, being a member of the council or committee, providing snacks and drinks, performing music at practice, or opening or closing ceremony and more. [A background check is required before being allowed to participate in this]


Service
Lions Club International
Lions Club is a group where individuals can join together to give their time and effort in order to improve their communities. GIVE-Youth empowers volunteers to serve various communities, provide humanitarian needs, encourage peace, and promote giving hope and impacting lives.


Music
Performance
GIVE-Youth brings music to those people who need it most. Volunteering with music helps counteract stress, anger, and anxiety. There are chances to perform for hospitals, senior citizens, the mentally ill, and more. Music will be shared through free downloadable music, music lessons, and more.


Art
Creative vision
GIVE-Youth believes that volunteering through creative arts provides multiple benefits to both mental and physical health. We spread our love for art by holding art classes, raising money made from art exhibitions showcasing our members' handmade art for charities, and more.


Online Education
Online English Tutoring
GIVE-Youth has partnered with Heaboa School in South Korea to provide online English tutoring for Korean children (1st-6th grade) with Diana, the CEO of the school. The members take coaching lectures from Heaboa School's educational experts in order to also teach English to younger generations using the program and curriculum provided by the school.


Education
Sharing knowledge with the community
GIVE-Youth committed youth volunteers to work with children who wish for an education that is hard to receive or tutor those who are adults but wish to learn English. We provide free tutoring services and enrichment opportunities to give back to our community through education.


Interpretation
Translating Languages
GIVE-Youth members act as English interpreters for adults or seniors who have difficulty understanding English. [make sure the font matches]

Virtual Volunteering
Online Service
LOTS OF QUESTIONS GIVE-Youth's virtual volunteering includes attending virtual meetings for Special Olympics, tutoring, music performance. We also help seniors learn how to use technology, helping non-profit organization data entry [what is that. what do you mean], volunteer racking [what is that], or website programming support [do you mean in creating the website? that only benefits us, so delete that], video creation [what do you mean], and much more.


Handicap assistance
Caring
Our GIVE-Youth cares to help those who are disabled. We encourage their friendships with both disabled and non-disabled. Our members hang out with disabilities and teach art/craft. Artwork to develop their own style, encourage their imagination. Youth can also help with music. Music helps address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs for those with disabilities. We are singing along with, teaching how to play an instrument, play for them or simply listen to music together.
Our members can volunteer for the Special Olympics.


Nursing Homes
Caring
Give-Youth member volunteers visit for elderly in senior living facilities and nursing homes. The Member participate in games and activities, performing music, bring pets to senior centers, and deliver greeting cards or flowers to senior residents, brighten their days with a conversation, reading, playing games, listening to music, or sharing other of mutual interest. Youth help seniors learn how to use technology so they can stay connected with their families and order.


Food/Gift Drives
Charities
GIVE-Youth members donate food to address the escalating hunger problems in the county.
Packing donated food and drive food circulated to those in need.
We are also encouraged to collect a gift to share with an underprivileged toddler, child, teen, or homeless person in a local area. We donate our book to our local library or in need.


Park Service
Clean Up
GIVE-Youth engages volunteers to clean up our neighborhoods and national park.


Appreciation
Thank You Cards
GIVE-Youth members make sure to thank those who are contributing to our community greatly: healthcare workers, soldiers, firefighters, police officers, servicemen and women, post officers, librarians, etc.


Church
Serving
God has uniquely equipped every person with specific skills and everyone has unique God-given gifts. We are tasked with utilizing these gifts in our community and within our local church. GIVE-Youth will connect our members, and provide a variety of opportunities with our local Church.


Cultures
Sharing Tradition Cultures
GIVE-Youth Korean American group members introduce the world to Korean traditional culture through music and dance, and cultural items like Korean traditional paper, food, clothing, painting, crafts. We are trying to take the lead in the field of cultural exchange by letting the people of the world know the depth of the Korean culture as well as in cooperation with other representative cultural organizations from all over the world.


Martial Arts
Leadership
GIVE-Youth members who hold at least a black belt rank higher than in, and acquire the necessary training to become an assistant instructor can get an opportunity to teach children or adults as a volunteer.
